2) Run from DosBox

IVCon

Instructions to use:
1) Unzip into any directory
2) Copy the Syndicate Wars map file you want (the format is MAP???.MAD) into the same directory as ivcon.exe
3) Change the extension of the map file from .MAD to .SWM
4) Cut, or copy, the texture files from the Textures subdirectory to the directory containing ivcon.exe
5) Open the command prompt and reach the directory containing ivcon.exe
6) Execute the command: ivcon map???.swm map???.3ds (replace the question marks with the number that is actually part of the file name.

IVCon can actually convert many 3D file formats into one another, it's not limited to Syndicate Wars maps. To see the complete options, double click ivcon.exe.
